These Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Agreement') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer', 'Buyer', or 'User') and LAUKISS E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and its parent manufacturing entity LAUKISS Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (collectively 'LAUKISS', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
By accessing our website at laukissmall.com, browsing our wholesale catalog, placing an order, or submitting a custom OEM inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business, salon, clinic, or wholesale distributor, you represent and warrant that you hold legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders or enter into commercial agreements on this website.
When submitting an order or custom quote request, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact, delivery, and billing information. Providing fraudulent or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation email indicates that your request has been logged; it does not constitute our legal acceptance of the order. Custom orders are subject to low Minimum Order Quantities (starting at 50 units for standard packaging customization), with exact parameters confirmed during the inquiry and digital proofing stage.
- Client Artwork Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess valid licensing rights for all logos, brand names, vector files, and design assets submitted for custom manufacturing.
- Intellectual Property Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAUKISS from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from alleged trademark or copyright infringement related to your submitted artwork.
- Production Proofs: Pre-production samples or digital mockups require explicit customer sign-off prior to mass manufacturing.
- Non-Cancellability: Due to personalized branding, custom OEM production orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once manufacturing or plate-making has commenced.
6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Customs
We ship worldwide from our manufacturing complex in Qingdao, China, partnering with premier express couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and YunExpress/EMS.
Risk of loss and title for all purchased merchandise transfer to the Buyer upon our physical handover of the package to the commercial shipping carrier.
- Courier Tracking: Valid international tracking numbers are transmitted via email once the order dispatches from our factory.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international deliveries, the Buyer serves as the importer of record and is solely responsible for all applicable import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or customs duties levied by destination authorities.
- Delivery Delays: LAUKISS is not liable for carrier delivery delays resulting from customs clearance holds, severe weather events, or local postal disruptions.
7. Quality Inspection & Defective Goods Claims
Every product manufactured by LAUKISS undergoes strict factory quality inspection conforming to ISO 9001 quality management guidelines before departure.
The Buyer agrees to inspect all parcels immediately upon arrival. Any claim regarding damaged goods, missing items, or factory defects must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
- Claim Filing Procedure: Submit your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photo or video documentation to service@laukissmall.com.
- Remedies: Upon verification of a legitimate factory defect or transit damage, LAUKISS will, at its discretion, provide replacement items, issue store credit, or process a refund to the original payment method.
- Sanitary Exclusions: In accordance with international cosmetic hygiene regulations, opened lash adhesives, sanitary pads, and sterile tools cannot be returned once the protective factory seal is broken.
8. Professional Cosmetic Tool Safety Disclaimer
LAUKISS manufactures precision tools and chemical preparations engineered primarily for trained, certified cosmetic professionals, lash technicians, and aesthetic salons.
Certain specialized products, including cyanoacrylate-based eyelash extension adhesives and lash lift perm solutions, require professional training to ensure safe handling.
- Safe Application Mandate: Eyelash extension adhesives must never be applied directly to the skin or come into contact with the ocular surface.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
